Return Policy


General Guidelines

  1. Unopened Products: Products that are unopened and in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition.

  2. Opened Products:

    • Faulty Items: If a product has been opened and is found to be faulty, it is eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault must be provided. The product will be examined at our station once returned and validate the description that provided.
    • General Return: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products that are not faulty.
  3. Return Process:

    • Contact us at You can select to exchange, or have a Refund Voucher that you can use right away in the TYMO shop, or a refund to your original payment method.
    • Get a refund confirmation from customer service team.
    • Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging.
    • If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label, otherwise, please use another shipping box
    • Send the return items to the address provided by our customer service team

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

TYMO is responsible for the shipping costs of returning defective items. For unconditional return and refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products. Also the cost of shipping (if it is in the order payment) will be deducted from your refund in the cases of unconditional return. 

Depending on where you live, the time taking for your exchanged items to reach you, may vary.
