Shipping Policy

TYMO provides trackable shipping service for all the purchases. We provide standard free shipping within U.K. territory for all the purchase order worth £150 and above.

TYMO commits to ship within one day since the orders are placed. The tracking code may take 2~3 business days to be activated.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your tracking code is activated. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your account.

*Please be aware of that TYMO can not ship to an address of P.O. Box. 

For the contiguous U.K.:

Orders £150 and plus	Free	3-5 Working Days
Orders less than £150	£3	3-5 Working Days

 

All international delivery costs are calculated based on the number of products and weight of your order.

Please note: For orders shipped outside the U.K. duty charges may be applied.
